Synopsis: 

Chief Secretary for Administration Matthew Cheung Kin-Chung officiated the Opening Ceremony at the Grand Residence.  Located in Tseung Kwan O, the residential care home for the elderly provides 100 places.  The Foundation funded its operation costs including renovation and facility enhancement.

劏房戶搬遷難付按金　社福機構推搬遷支援　免息貸款8000元

基金與香港聖公會麥理浩夫人中心團體及社區工作部合作推行的煥居計劃 ，由 2017 年起為期三年。計劃為居住於劏房的低收入家庭，提供搬遷支援金及由義氣搬運司機給予優惠收費，鼓勵鄰里互助，累積社區資源。

受惠者表示計劃是及時雨，而參與研究的學者則表示計劃中提供的微借貸更是香港的一個突破。
