Promoting Funders' Collective Efforts

Chow Tai Fook Charity Foundation, a member of the steering committee of the Hong Kong Funders’ Network on Ageing Well, organised a cocktail reception on 26 March 2018 for members to meet and share their insights into how they can work together for good causes.

Formed by several funders in 2016, the Hong Kong Funders’ Network on Ageing Well is a platform for collective efforts in supporting ageing-related initiatives in Hong Kong. It aims to strengthen sector capacity, enhance the service models and advocate policy development. The Funders’ Network currently has 18 members, with regularly meetings to discuss the latest elderly issues and development.

劏房户搬迁难付按金　社福机构推搬迁支援　免息贷款8000元　（只提供简体中文版）

基金与香港圣公会麦理浩夫人中心团体及社区工作部合作推行的焕居计划 ，由 2017 年起为期三年。计划为居住于劏房的低收入家庭，提供搬迁支援金及由义气搬运司机给予优惠收费，鼓励邻里互助，累积社区资源。

受惠者表示计划是及时雨，而参与研究的学者则表示计划中提供的微借贷更是香港的一个突破。
